This was a very basic and quick design study I did for friends to help them imagine how an ADU could fit on their property for guests and tenants. It is an example of early stage proof of concept studies I can do to assess viability on a site, which can be done is several days. Visiting and walking the site with the owner is very helpful for these kind of studies.
