This project documented and explored options for re-finishing a basement that was partially finished in the 1960's. Photos of the existing spaces show the before and after condition. This project was fully documented for permits and included design accommodations for new insulation and waterproofing, pricing option for a wet bar, and details as minute as the locations for every light switch and power socket. If you don't plan for it, it probably wont get located where you want it.
