ReVision
Re:Vision

Bridge the gap, Create a plan
There's no project to large or small, I am here to help bring my 15+ years of experience in architecture to you for a lot less. I won't replace a full architecture firm or design build contractor, but will help explore your ideas and visions without constraints or motives, and at a fraction of the cost. I am a registered architect in the state of Washington and have designed thousands of units of multifamily housing ranging from studios to multi-million dollar penthouses, and bring that lens and expertise into all my work.

Common Remodel Challenges
Many times there is a disconnect between clients vision for a space and what the contractor prices, leading to blown contingencies, change orders and added costs. A clear vision and simple plans is frequently all that is needed to communicate a remodel or addition. On top of that, many small to medium sized projects don't need a fully documented set of plans and details, but having visualizations and dimensions will help set the parameters for what you expect and help hold contractors accountable for what you paid for.
How I can help
I am here to help you answer your questions and create a vision, these are examples of solutions I have helped clients address:

-
Can I fit an ADU on my property:
-
What would that look like, how big could it be, how could it lay out?
-
Can I get a new garage or storage space out of it?
-
-
What will add the most value to my house or property?
-
What can I do with my existing space?
-
Could I expand my house?
-
Would building another level give us the space we need?
-
How do we create a better connection to our exterior spaces?
-
Our old house doesn't have a primary suite, could or should we add one?
-
Is our idea realistic?
-
Should we remodel or move?
I offer simple flat fee or hourly pricing instead of large contracts or percentage of construction costs. My involvement can vary based on your needs, and your goals. Pricing Varies based on scope, size of project, etc. but is typically in the range of 10-15% of what commissioning an architecture firm would cost.
